About Divocean

The underwater world is the oldest and largest realm on the planet – it is filled with the most magical animals in the world and supports a greater diversity of life than any other place on earth.

At Divocean, the only thing we enjoy more than scuba diving is teaching this adventurous pastime to others, and sharing nature's most beautiful gift with the world. This is our passion, and the very reason for our existence. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the underwater world at least once in their lives.

Divocean is a Cape Town-based dive school and underwater tour operator. We offer all levels of PADI Dive Courses and Guided Dives showcasing the best that Cape Town has to offer - from Kelp Forests, Wrecks and Reefs, to dives with the ever-popular Seven Gill Cow Sharks, as well as the playful Cape Fur Seals of Partridge Point and the aptly named Seal Rock.

Since Divocean's mission is to engender a 'deep' love for the world’s oceans, we will always strive to ensure the very best experiences for our certified scuba divers and students. All our scuba courses and guided dives are conducted in a professional, relaxed and pressure free environment, and here’s how we achieve this:

  • All of our scuba courses and guided dives are facilitated exclusively by Pisces Divers in Simon’s Town. Pisces Divers is a PADI Five Star Instructor Development Dive Resort and arguably the most reputable dive centre in Cape Town
  • Our scuba courses and guided dives are conducted and supervised only by certified PADI Instructors and Divemasters, who all have a wealth of experience to share with their divers
  • We limit the number of participants per scuba course to a maximum of 4, meaning that you will be very well looked after and receive as much personal attention as you need
  • We only use regularly serviced scuba gear for our school and rental  gear, ensuring maximum comfort, reliability and safety
